Here's what you're getting when you pay extra for Comcast Business: when your internet is down and you call support, instead of spending the better part of an hour explaining how to reset your router, they just say "yeah, we know, we're working on it" in a very tired voice.

@PreNursingK8 I just changed from a Triple Play plan to internet only from Xfinity. 200Mbps service is $70 per month plus $14 modem rental. Data limit is 1.2 TB. Unlimited data is an additional $25 per month but includes modem, so $95 plus tax.

@comcastcares I’m an employee for a small community hospital. I’m forced to work from home because of Covid 2 weeks. My internet is down and do you think you could send a tech to check my OUTSIDE connections? No can you disconnect me, hang up on me, and leave me on hold? Sure!

@comcastcares Something about my X1 box turns off my TV. Any tips? No other devices connected turn it off, but the TV randomly turns off while watching the X1 box. Have removed batteries from the remote, and it still happens, so that's not it. Help!

@Xfinity you’re live tv streaming sucks. i can’t ever watch what i want to watch unless i’m home. if i’m home i would just watch on my tv anyway. the whole point of it is to watch when you’re not home on your tablet or phone. ridiculous !
