To you, implementing Change strategies and designing Change Management approach comes naturally. Our initiative to change our IT Operating Model – Nautilus , driven by Technology Group within E.ON Digital Technology, is the right place for you!

With Nautilus, we as the Technology Group define the way E.ON operates IT in the future. One important step is to move towards a DevOps operating model and to transform the Technology Group into an even more modern, value-adding and fit for purpose way of working. We are looking for a Head of Change Management (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will define and shape our Change Management strategy and lead our Change Management Team while working closely with the Nautilus workstreams.

meaningful & challenging – Your tasks

  • Discovering stakeholders’ challenges and expectations
  • Defining a Change Management strategy to support transformational change program
  • Leveraging social and digital technologies in Change Management and Communications
  • Working across the group to drive digital transformation, culture change, behavior change and change adoption
  • Supporting Change adoption activities such as Change baselining & measurement, Digital training, Communications, Change network, building communities etc.
  • Working with your own team, the transformation team, communities and stakeholders to shape and organize events such as hackathons, bootcamps, working out loud sessions etc.
  • Working across a dynamic, international team and collaborating with the best and brightest minds where English is the common language
  • Assisting teams in developing their change capability and contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and attending community events
  • Responsibility for the overall delivery of learning backlog, content with the support of Nautilus Product teams, digital empowerment etc.

authentic & ambitious – Your profile

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
  • 10+ years of experience in driving Change Management-related programs (Change Enablement strategy and associated interventions, Change Adoption organization design, Digital Communication and Engagement, Training Support and Business Readiness)
  • Experience in managing end to end change programs for technology driven change, behavioral change, cultural change, change adoption or in the automation or cybersecurity context will be needed
  • Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations / plans / strategies
  • Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models and advanced technologies and digital tools
  • Effective management skills of stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment
  • Good understanding of IT topics (e.g. Cloudification, DevOps, Security, AI and Data) and technological trends
  • Advanced communication skills as well as outstanding writing, editing and moderation skills
  • Experience in organizing online and live events with strong engagement
