on requestor portal when creating a request.
Example:
when I select Option 1 on drop down, auto add of required fields like text fields or
another dropdown.
like a onchange function.
there's another option I like to do. like the hidden fields can be show when depends on

Hi Mar Angelo,
You can do this with the advanced forms also known as Proforma Forms. You create one of those instead of the standard Request Type form.
To create one, go to Project Settings > Forms
You can get further guidance here:

It is included with Cloud - you should be able to use it now. Just follow my path above.

Hi@Mar Angelo L_ Tareno,
Yes, if you embeda form on your Request Type form. You can add separate sections on such a form which can be conditionally displayed or hidden based on the selection of another field.
Hope this helps!

Everything you need to know is in the documentation link I mentioned above,@Mar Angelo L_ Tareno.
For your specific request, you will need to:
- Create a new Form
- Add a field to your form where you can select theCRM Sub category. Probably adropdown field will be the best option. If you want to save the selection the user makes, link that field to the Jira custom field you have already set up.
- Below that field, you add asection to your form. You give that section a name, e.g. Option 1, and set its visibility toconditionaland you select when it needs to appear (based on the selected option from the CRM Sub category field).
- Then you add the field the user needs to fill out.
- You can even add additional fields here in the same section.
- Below that field, you add - again - a new section. This marks the end of the section and the start of another part of your form that you can - again - make always visible or only if certain conditions that you control are true.
Repeat steps 2-6 for every option in your list or according to what you need.
This article from the documentation on creating / editing formsis a good starting point to help you get more familiar with how this works. But do take the time to read through all support articles I shared in my initial link. You have a powerful toolset available; investing some time in understanding how it works will prove very valuable, I'm sure ...
