Request for Feedback: mapping table for the draft for comment of AU eRequesting will be published for 05 August snapshot

Below is the proposed content on mappings for the draft for comment of AU eRequesting that will be published . The data groups and data elements are taken fromAustralian eRequestinng Data for Interoperability Release 1 Draft for Community Comment May 2024.

The review period for this proposal is 1 week from to . Results from the review will be discussed in the meeting with the intention to approve the revised proposal in that TDG meeting .

Note, the proposal below is an amended version of the mappings in this page: AU eRequesting Data Model Mappings. The mappings to AUCDI elements have been taken from AU Core where the AU Core TDG is currently working through mapping Last Updated.

AUeReqDI mappings into AU eRequesting

The table below shows the relationship between AUeReqDI (and referenced AUCDI) Data Groups and Elements and AU eRequesting and AU Core profiles.
Column attribute descriptions are as follows:

  • AUeReqDI/AUCDI Data Group: Represents a grouping of one or more AUeReqDI or AUCDI Data Elements.
  • AUeReqDI/AUCDI Data Element: Represents a single, discreet clinical concept defined by AUeReqDI or AUCDI.
  • AU eRequesting Profile(s)/AU Core Profile(s): Represents the mapping of AUeReqDI or AUCDI Data Groups and Data Elements to AU eRequesting or AU Core FHIR artefacts.
  • FHIR Path: The specific path in the FHIR standards for each AUeReqDI or AUCDI Data Element.
  • Comment: Additional information about the mapping including an explanation of where an element or group is not yet mapped.

    The content is good for the purposes of the Ballot for public comment

    I was commenting more in the context of future TDG discussion and got on a roll around finding related resources/conversations which I thought were relevant.
