Your financial well-being

  • Base pay

    Your base pay is determined by your job, unique skills, impact and career progression and is tailored to the market where you work and live.

  • Bonuses

    Our bonus programs recognize you for your achievements and contributions to our business. Depending on your role and location, you may be eligible for one or more bonus.

  • Employee share purchase plan (ESPP)

    The ESPP enables you to buy shares at a 15% discount. You can contribute up to 10% of your pay towards the purchase of Accenture shares (up to a maximum contribution of US $7,500). Eligible employees (up to and including level 5) can enroll in the ESPP.

  • Life and accident insurance

    You’ll automatically receive life, total and permanent disability, critical illness and accident insurance coverage. In the event that you are unable to work due to a long-term illness or injury, Accenture will continue a portion of your salary for up to 90 days.

  • Performance equity

    Performance equity awards are given to people at levels 6 and above to reward, recognize, and retain our highest performing individuals, and recognize significant career milestones.

  • Voluntary Equity Investment Program (VEIP)

    The VEIP enables eligible Leaders to purchase Accenture shares monthly and receive a 50% Restricted Share Unit (RSU) matching grant at the end of the program year.

  • Financial education

    You’ll get access to a personalized financial education platform for you and your family.

Employees are able to take time off to rest and recharge with our uncapped vacation policy, on top of paid sick leave days.

Parental leave

We off Accenture parents 20 weeks paid maternity leave, 8 weeks paid paternity / secondary caregivers leave, 12 weeks adoption leave

Care for dependents

We offer caregiver leave for employees to care for an immediate family member who is ill. We also offer childcare leave for children aged 12 and below, and unpaid infant care leave for children under the age of two.

Fertility management, adoption, and surrogacy

We provide fertility and adoption navigation support, as well as reimbursem*nts for adoption and surrogacy fees.

Flexible work arrangements

Flexible work arrangements help you balance work and family. Female employees may work locally and not be required to fly out of their home office for one year following their return from their paid maternity leave.

Support for parents, guardians and caregivers

Access to one-to-one, personalized phone support and online training, including help with raising children with developmental challenges, as well as a learning program to support caregivers in living healthy, fulfilling lives.

Medical coverage

Employees are covered for inpatient, outpatient GP and specialist insurance plans and have access to cashless options at a wide range of panel clinics. In addition, employees will have access to telemedicine, transgender benefits, medical necessary equipment for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and specialist outpatient treatment related to mental, behavioural, psychiatric or psychological disorders without a GP referral letter.

Preventive care coverage

All employees and eligible dependents can enjoy a “Health Wallet” that will support expenses related to preventive health screenings, vaccinations, vision health and excess of medical claims above the insured plan limits.

Dental coverage

Employees have access to dental plans for routine check-ups and additional services needed for their overall oral health.
