October 17, 1952 - April 17, 2024
William “Bill” Calvin Emberton Jr. was brought into this world on October 17th, 1952, in Sheridan, AR, by his parents, William Calvin Emberton Sr. and Reba McCowan Emberton. He had 2 sisters: Sharon Emberton Grimes, and Charlotte Emberton King and her husband, Rethel King. Bill loved spending his time fishing, cooking, hunting, and racing. He also loved his wife, Barbara Kay Druba Emberton, who he married on February 22, 2022 in Sikeston, Missouri. He had traveled the world 8 times with his work and military service. He loved this country, he was a very proud US Marine, served back in ’73 to ’81. Bill is survived by his wife, Barbara, and children: William Emberton III (Wendi Brock), Michael Emberton (Keana), David Emberton, Jessica Emerson (William Rhodes), Jacob Emberton, Eric Druba, Rebecca Druba, Chris Himebrook, Courtney Himebrook, Ian Oestreich, and Collin Ostreich. Nieces and Nephews: Jason and Cindy Howard, Debra and Kevin Nail, Amy and Jason Foushee, and Jim Dave and Lori Reed, 21 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Preceded in death by his parents: William Calvin Emberton Sr. and Reba McCowan Emberton and one grandchild.
A Celebration of Life will be held a later date.
